The are hundreds of different leadership models in existence. We will be discussing the IT Maturity Method for Leadership Improvement. This method breaks leadership into objective and subjective elements. Subjective elements are cultural/social based and can be used both productively or unfortunately abusively. These elements include both communication and character techniques. Objective elements include management, organization (e.g. delegation, escalation), extent, business culture, and vision. We will be focusing primarily on the objective elements as they have associated business related measures as well as associated tuning and improving.
