We'll discuss the perils of not just being a consultant but of being a change agent in an increasingly politicized and perilous engagement climate. Topics we'll touch on are; "The customer is always right, even when they are wrong, wrong ,wrong!", "So who murdered your last Scrum Master?", and "Snake pits, rabbit holes and the dark places I must walk".
