For the opening session of Liquid Nitrogen Ice
Cream, we'll start out with some familiar flavors. We'll also take
some suggestions, and help stirring, and possibly ingredients, from
the audience, and explain the process as we make ice cream. As a
reminder, we make inclusive ice cream. We always have non-dairy mix
bases available, juices for sorbets, and sugar-free sweeteners on
hand. We're prepared, and want everyone to be able to enjoy!
